Donald Trump’s new tax plan would reduce federal taxes by between $4.4 trillion and $5.9 trillion over a decade, with the $1.5 trillion gulf in the estimate caused by the campaign’s conflicting and blurry statements on a key feature of business taxation, according to an analysis released Monday.
