The NFL has a new streaming host for part of its Thursday Night Football package. Amazon said in a statement late Tuesday it had won the streaming rights, taking a mantle previously held by Twitter. The $50 million, one-year deal will allow Amazon to stream the 10 games broadcast by NBC and CBS next season. The games will be available exclusively to Amazon Prime subscribers. Amazon beat out Twitter, Facebook and YouTube for the rights.
