The Environmental Protection Agency has removed a page devoted to climate change as part of an overhaul of the agency’s website. The changes on Friday occurred one day before nationwide protests Saturday against President Donald Trump administration’s environmental policies. J.P. Freire, the agency’s associate administrator for public affairs, told USA Today that the website changes are intended to reflect the policy directions the White House will now take.
