Charles Krauthammer blasted Republicans for a “historic” “epic fail” of a venture to repeal and replace ObamaCare. After centrist Republican Susan Collins of Maine and conservative Rand Paul of Kentucky came out against the now-former Senate repeal bill, it could not lose any more support and still pass with a vice presidential tie-breaker. Then came similar announcements of no-votes from Sens. Jerry Moran (R-Kan.) and Mike Lee (R-Utah), effectively killing the legislation.
