Who am I to demand? Who am I to direct, advise, suggest, and tell God what to do? Obviously I’m lacking in trust, “Hey God? Just in case this problem is too big for you, I have it all worked out. Just do as I ask, and I’m pretty confident that everything will work out perfectly”….(whew, glad God has me because I’m not sure what he would do without me) Good grief!!! He CREATED and SUSTAINS every living thing and here I am giving HIM suggestions. I can’t even keep the plant next to my kitchen sink alive!

The universe?? Oh….you mean the universe that HE MEASURES IN THE SPAN OF HIS HAND?…the universe the HE BREATHED INTO EXISTENCE? We are so small. We are frail. We are fragile. We are just a vapor. BUT……..we are marked by majesty. We are made in the image of the one who BREATHED creation! Wow….let that sink in a minute.
There is an imprint of God all over creation…..and there is an imprint of God in you. Did you know that you are “Fearfully and wonderfully made?” God knit you together in your mother’s womb! He knew you and loved you before you were ever born!

You are UNIQUE! You are a MIRACLE! The God of the heavens fashioned you together!!! He knows everything about you!
“From his dwelling place he watches all who live on earth”- Psalms 33:14.
That is humbling…the creator, the star breather, the Lord of all is watching…..YOU. He cares about your everyday life. He cares about your fears. He cares about your problems. He promises to carry you in his hand all the days of your life. Even in the toughest places in your life, God is going bring you through it and HOLD YOU TOGETHER.

A cross holds you together. Literally. Don’t believe me? Google it. One word: Laminin.

Everything points to the cross……the cross that The Creator created.
